“Tech came out within a day, diagnosed “problems” and possible causes. He replaced many pieces but none of them solved the problem. The tech spent a lot of time here over the next 2-4 weeks, before finally having the manufacturer diagnose and fix the problem. It has worked great, but I had to pay to replace a buch of parts that probably didn’t need to be replaced and could not use the hot tub for 4 weeks. I would use them again, just because of the effort the tech put forward.”
